Terms and Condition

1. Enrollment and Fees 

   - All students must complete the enrollment process and pay the required fees before attending classes.  

   - Fees are non-refundable unless the course is canceled by the center.

2. Course Conduct

   - Students are expected to attend all scheduled classes and adhere to the training schedule.  

   - Disruptive behavior or misconduct may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

3. Materials and Equipment

   - Basic materials and tools will be provided for in-class use. Any personal items or materials brought by students are their responsibility.  

4. Intellectual Property

   - All training content, materials, and designs shared during the course are the property of Sima Tailor Training Center and must not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

5. Certification  

   - Certificates will only be awarded upon successful completion of the course and meeting attendance and performance requirements.

6. Liability

   - Sima Tailor Training Center is not responsible for any personal injuries or damage to personal belongings during the course.

7. Changes to Courses  

   - The center reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, or instructors if necessary.
