Refund Policy

1. Course Fees 

   - Fees are due in full at the time of enrollment. Refunds are available under specific conditions as outlined below.

2. Cancellation by the Center 

   - If a course is canceled by Sima Tailor Training Center, you will receive a full refund of the course fees.

3. Student Cancellation 

   - Prior to Start: If you cancel your enrollment at least 14 days before the course start date, you are eligible for a full refund.

   - After Start: No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced. 

4. Special Circumstances

   - Refunds may be considered for extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies, upon providing relevant documentation. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. Refund Process

   - To request a refund, please contact us via email or phone with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

6. Non-Refundable Fees  

   - Any non-course related fees, such as materials or administrative charges, are non-refundable.
